Yes, you can reschedule your session up to 24 hours before the scheduled time at no extra cost. Rescheduling within 24 hours may incur a small fee.

Full refund if cancelled 48 hours or more before the session. 50% refund if cancelled 24-48 hours before. No refund for cancellations within 24 hours.

Standard delivery is 48-72 hours after your session. All photos are professionally edited by our in-house team before delivery.

What should I expect during the session?

Your Herographer will arrive at the location on time with all necessary equipment. They will guide you through poses and capture both candid and directed shots.

How many photos will I receive?

The number of edited photos depends on your package. Standard packages include 12 professionally edited photos, with additional photos available at RM15 each.
