- How does payment work?
- Your payment is held in escrow from booking until the shoot is delivered. Heroes are paid on your acceptance, or 72 hours after delivery.
- When do I get my photos?
- Photos are delivered within 48 hours and video within 72 hours of edit lock, in a private gallery at full resolution.
- What if something goes wrong?
- We will arrange a reshoot or a refund, at our discretion, depending on what went wrong and what fixes it.
- Who sets the pricing?
- On Hero Pro, each Hero sets their own packages, pricing, editing approach and delivery. What you see on a profile is their rate card, not a platform one.
- Where do you operate?
- Malaysia. Most Heroes are based in the Klang Valley and many travel Malaysia-wide — coverage is listed on every profile.
